Two teenagers were reported to have perpetrated a shooting at the Islamic Center of San Diego mosque on Monday, killing three people.

Among those killed was the Islamic Center’s security guard, Amin Abdullah, who San Diego police said “played a pivotal role” in preventing the attack from becoming “much worse.”

President Donald Trump said Monday that the shooting was “a terrible situation,” and added that “we’re going to be going back and looking at it very strongly.”
